What the site does
The site runs on WordPress with a theme, an SEO plugin and a page-cache plugin. It publishes page content and a static XLSX sample download. There is no account registration, checkout, payment form, file upload or public contact form on this version.
Server logs and cookies
The hosting environment may record ordinary request information such as an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information for security and troubleshooting. WordPress may set cookies for logged-in administrators. Page caching may store rendered copies of public pages on the server.
The spreadsheet download
The XLSX file is a static download. The workbook itself does not send your entries to this website and has no bank connection or upload function. Your spreadsheet app or cloud-storage provider may have separate sync and privacy settings.
Email contact
If you choose to email [email protected], the message and address you send are handled by your email provider and the recipient inbox. Do not send tenant identities, bank details, signed documents or other sensitive records. Email is not used to create an account or to send automated marketing.
Analytics and third parties
No analytics or advertising script is configured on this version. The site may link to external resources; visiting those links is governed by the destination site’s own privacy policy.
Retention and contact

No Google Analytics request is sent and no Search Console data is collected. When a production URL and the authorized Google account are connected, the site intends to measure page views and free XLSX sample download-link clicks without sending the email address or message content. Analytics storage would be enabled only after the visitor鈥檚 consent choice.
